Layker is a snack brand based in Tashkent. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you share with us through this site. If anything here is unclear, write to info@laykerfoods.com and we'll be straight with you.
Only what you choose to give us. The contact form takes a name, an email, optionally a phone number, a country, the kind of business you run, and your message. Reviews take a nickname, an email, a rating, and your written review — and a photo or two if you want to attach one. Your language preference is remembered on your own device so the site reopens in the same language.
We use your contact submission to reply to you. We use review content to show what people think of our flavors on the relevant product page. We use very limited technical signals (like IP address) to spot automated submissions and stop spam. We don't use any of this for advertising. We don't share it for marketing. We don't sell it.
A small number of trusted service providers help us host the site, send emails, and store images. They're contractually bound to handle your data only on our instructions and only as long as we need them to.
Contact messages are kept for as long as a reasonable follow-up requires, then deleted. Reviews stay published until you ask us to take yours down. Anti-spam signals (like a recent submission timestamp) age out within days.
You can ask us to show you what we have on you, correct it, or delete it. You can ask us to stop using it. You can withdraw any consent you've given. We'll respond within a month. EU/EEA visitors also have the right to complain to their national data-protection authority; UK visitors to the ICO.
We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child of yours has sent us something, write to us and we'll remove it.
We'll change this page if the way we handle data changes. The 'updated' date at the top will tell you when. Anything significant we'll also mention on the home page for a while.
